Cancellation
If the applicant fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated date, his/her advance payment will be liable for feiture. Participation charges once paid cannot be refunded.

A 9 sqm standard shell scheme package will include:

Bare Space

Exhibitors have to design and construct their own booth and adhere to the rules and regulations of the Organiser
Exhibitors are encouraged to appoint an official contractor
Exhibitors should submit their Booth design to the

Organizer before November 15th 2006. Exhibitors should arrange the additional Stand fitting or display fixtures, electrical wiring / installation and other services at their own expense.
Allocation of Stalls/Space
Stalls at the Exhibition will be alloted on first-come-first serve basis on receipt of filled application along with advance Stall charges by demand draft in favour of 'Shiny Trade Expositions', Vijayawada. Three phase Electricity charges to run any Machinery will be charged extra. The organisers reserve the right to modify the floor plan under circumstances beyond their control.
